Any personal information that is requested on our website is necessary in order to perform a particular service, such as processing your reservation. We request personal information from you in order to process online reservations.

Your CCPA Privacy Rights and Choices

We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and then confirm the personal information requested relates to you. We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request

Additional California Privacy Rights
Under California’s “Shine the Light” law, you may also have the right to request and receive information about disclosure of your personally identifiable information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Because it is our policy not to share personally identifiable information with third parties for third-party direct marketing purposes without consent, we are exempt from the requirement to respond to such requests.
